NV is nice. Lived there for a year back in my uni days. Just loved the walk down hill to Seabus, waiting for Seabus, crossing, walk to UBC bus, UBC bus to UBC. Then, reverse at end of day. 3-4 hours travelling daily, M-F. In spite of that, NV was a blast. The Quay was a great place to shop and hang out at times, and slopes right behind =)
