A friend of mine who is a cop responded to a call for a domestic disturbance once where the mom called the cops because her 16 year old daughter would not clean her room. He arrives the mother tells him that the kid won't clean her room and is being a smartass. My buddy asks what she wants him to do about it. She says, "force her to clean it!"
He said he felt like arresting the mom for wasting his time.
