Yeah, being told to basically "hurry up and wait" when it comes to OUR money is not good.
I got on with their "chat support" both yesterday and today and got the same "answer", but still no pay-check.
It's now Wednesday night. Paycheck was supposed to hit Monday. And according to the Payment Report in Zombaio when I login, the payment has "cleared". (funds are in motion, right?)
Due to previous hiccups they've had, we've reduced our usage of Zombaio to trials and some special discount offers, but that's it. But still a fair amount of rebills with them, so we'd like our money on time. Simple thing to ask, no?
I usually don't like the idea of opening a "GFY Support Ticket", but when it comes to our money, I guess I throw certain principles out the window.
We'll see what tomorrow brings. Hurry up and wait. (for our money)
