This industry is largely run by idiots.
All that can be seen is the 1-2 sign ups in 1,000s off pop ups. What can't be seen is the pissed off surfers.
Any business that treats customers as badly as this business has for 12 years, can't expect to keep those customers. We relied for too long on the notion that the customers
had to buy. Well today they don't.
