Assuming the above info is correct, your trademark was not filed prior, and even if it was, you still cant show that the domain was registered in "bad faith" as the subject matter on the site is entirely different.
What makes me so sure?
Fifteen years of being a domainer with so many domains bought and sold over the years I could not possibly keep track. Easily owned 2,000, probably more like 3,000 domains.

I have to agree with you on this one. The owner of manwin.co should win this one. Historically; (1) Nina Shoes with their trademark went after Nina Hartley for nina.com and lost. (2) Whitehouse Apple Juice with their trademark went after the boys at whitehouse.com and lost. (3) Fallen Angel with their trademark still can't get fallenangel.com. There are many more examples.
As long as the owner of manwin.co responds to the complaint to avoid a default judgment, the domain will stay where it is.
