Find some niches, make yourself a couple of blogs. (Don't do to many)
Fill it with content.
work hard on building traffic. This is the hard bit and it takes time.
(luckily for me, this is the most interesting part, probably why I hang in there....)
When you've managed success you can start thinking of selling it.
Nothing is better than to have a clear goal you want to achieve. You obviously have one.
Stick to it, but focus on what you need to do now.
It's like starting a band, don't focus to much on what your first record should be named, you'd better focus on making the band sounds good first
This forum isn't the most "friendly" one, but don't let that scare you.
Focus on proving them wrong!
