It does appear to be a little over the edge to be complaining about the payment processor for a dead website have restricted your account. On top of that before checking your emails too (as it appears you missed their email ? )
If you want to get anywhere in this business then start focusing more on your own business instead of the boards, it will benefit you a lot more in the long run.
If you develop a more personal relationship to your providers they will also extend their services and help you more when you end up in a situation like this where you appear to have problems paying your bills and what-not.
Your post count doesn't mean a lot to many of these companies, especially if you provide only negative feedback and comments.
