Its cultural. The education system is obviously failing, but its not the education system that breeds the "I don't fucking care, fuck you, i'm entitled, you owe me something" attitude that leaves people unprepared for the world. Shitty parenting I would say is a much bigger factor than schools. Schools in the USA are just babysitting factories, as are TV's and XBOX's. Parenting in this country is pretty much a thing of the past. The idiocracy is coming.
