I am in the same boat as you right now
It seems to be a long lasting project so to speak as I guess the important part is to make her feel she wants it on her own and not that shes filling your wish.
So far Im in the phase that I sometimes mention big boobs but I still assure her I dont want to force her into a surgery, Id say its brining some results slowly
