The Saiga is a different issue and any of those you own would be grandfathered in. I'm pretty sure they are banning the manufacture and import of the shotgun, not classifying them as NFA items....But I could be mistaken about that. Haven't paid much attention.

What do you mean no such thing? These stocks have no serial numbers on them and the sales are not tracked. I may be wrong, but pretty sure whenever I buy a gun in Florida the dealer calls in a background check but does not register the gun to my name with any government agency. As far as I can tell Florida has no gun registration laws.
