Alright, I have an old friend who works as an engineer at Apple and I sent him a Facebook message with the link asking if that's what he looks like these days. His exact response was:

I've seen him at the Cafe a month ago. He's not looking great but he doesn't look anything like that picture. He looks more "been sick recently" and not "sick now" in appearance if that makes sense. The photo is either fake or really old.
