I say do it, and if you get a warning from the creator of some of the content you uploaded, then remove that photo. It's a good idea to have the disclaimer you mentioned, and to also mention that if the content belongs to "you", "you" can send an email and it'll be removed immediately. I'd say it's low risk.

But if you still find it risky, you can always sign up as affiliate for the porn sites you like, and they're likely to have lots of photos they actually _want_ you to use on your site. For example, I'm signed up with X-Art and have their Pic Of The Day on the home page of my site, updates automatically, good stuff and they offer more galleries as well.
