The ony bad thing is it hurts your feet so you need something to stand on. I get lots of seat upholstery done for my business so I had some seat foam thats 4" thick and i cut a 2'x2' square and I stand on that and my feet feel fine. You will want to sit down for like 5-10 minutes an hour so what I do is I have a bar stool from my kitchen that I pull up to rest my legs every once in a while. Its much better for your back because you feel like you have to straighten out your posture all the time and stand up perfect to take the strain off your back and be more comfortable instead of being hunched over in a chair.
