Babaganoosh is absolutely correct in what he says.
BUT

You do not mention wether your computer reboots instantly or not. Do you have time before anything appears/starts to malfunction?
If you do, the worm, malware or bug is relying on either the net or time. Before you take your computer to a shop. Unplug your computer from the Net, get the latest AVG Free version on a memory stick. Boot in Safe Mode (to get to 'Safe Mode' hit F8 when the computer is booting - before the windows xp boot screen come up (I reckon you have XP) comes up. ) Then run AVG from the stick as well as Malewarebytes.

Last but not least, If you only have this computer, borrow a clean computer and go online with it, make sure that you use a firewall. Go to your infected computer and go to START>Administrative Tools>Services
OR %SystemRoot%\system32\services.msc /s

Go thorough the services, most have descriptions. If you see something that you don't recognize or trust, Goggle it on the On-line computer! If you don't trust the service, STOP it.
Then run AVG again..
