Do I need to repeat that the defendant filmed himself raping an eleven year old girl? A fifth grader. This has nothing to do with the word "teen". It has everything to do with the fact that the judge wasn't going to let the guy walk after he repeatedly molested an elementary school kid. It's not precedent, it's repeated rape of a fifth grader. Geez.
