I still had a killdisk bootdisk from a while back, so i erased the hard drive completely with it and installed win7 on it again and it's allright now. Still boots a bit slower than my other laptop which i find kind of strange but win7 itself is fast. It does have 2 missing drivers btw, for an unknown device in device control so not sure how to figure out what that is.
And i will update the BIOS too.
