Biggest mistake was getting into the webcam studio ownership end (us based models) in 1999 instead of developing traffic or paysites. Production and management costs made it very difficult to make any good money.
2nd biggest mistake was never taking you out to dinner
Biggest lesson is traffic is king. I should have got into the traffic game long ago. I know its the age old debate in this industry but without traffic you aint got shit. You can produce the best content in the world but if you dont have eye balls seeing it you cant monetize it.
