Recent ones I've seen I can recommend are-
1)
Hesher - Heavy metal mental case works his way into the lives of a destroyed family and sends them to hell...and back. Funny, sick and sweet.
2)
La Bella Durmiente (sleeping beauty) has little to do with the fairy tale, involves a drug addict girl who could be a murderer. Foreign film.
3)
Grave Encounters - a group of ghost hunters enter an old insane asylum and begin to lose their minds. Good horror, worth seeing.
