That's the whole point!
But it's long past its glory days with gems like the time traveler line: Art used to do a night where only time travelers could call a certain number.
"Let's go to the time traveler line! Hello, Bleepzorg!"
"Uh, hi, yes, Mr. Bell, I am a time traveler from the year 2540. I've come back to prevent World War 3."
...he'd let each time traveler tell his story, and ask engaging questions, no cynicism; just playing along, even helping them when they got stuck in their stories
