No offense to anyone but as a neutral observer there seems to be a real redneck vein that runs from Georgia down into FLA that goes way back.
Lots of crazy redneck stuff such as this and the drug testing of welfare recips and just crazy redneck stuff.
Some VERY cool and nice people in FLA but at the same time maybe an old wave of rednecks were entrenched before you got there perhaps.
