This is exactly why they should legalize prostitution, although that isn't exactly going to get rid of the risk of catching hiv when you fuck random people without a condom. :2cents
But there will always be a loophole.
I guess if you have sex with people you aren't sure don't have the hiv, you might just DIE. lol
