Amen. I love da pizza.
I am not a nazi about this healthy lifestyle. I still will get pizza, on occasion, on the weekend. However, during the week days I am pretty regimented. There is also a weak pizza recipe I make from
this book that is not half bad.
I use a mix of cook books to find a few recipes I enjoy to cook. While I am not diabetic, I have a few of those cook books as well. I find that there are few cook books that really give me a good enough variety to the tastes and things I like. Between 3-5 cook books I can fill up a month with some healthy meals mixed in with "mean green" and smoothies.
