It sounds like she has been trying to contact them to resolve the issue for months now, since she has had to pay for her expenses out of pocket.

I also would have thought they would have a plan in place to escalate the issue right away to management and their insurance company, not only because it's the right thing to do, but since any kind of legal proceeding will likely cost Brazzers/Manwin even more money.
I'm a small company, yet still I carry millions in liability insurance in case of accidents, etc.
