I think you should reexamine this Fabian, this sounds exactly like a workplace accident.
And here everyone is solidifying her claim that she was burned on your set, when having pics taken of her. That alone makes you liable, then it seems she was denied medical attention?
I'd look into installing some serious workplace safety measures before you end up in the inevitable civil case.
