That's so cool, I talk to these guys every week. Great to see their faces!

To the haters: I'm the kind of asshole who puts in a ticket on New Years Eve for a minor thing. And Mojo took care of it. On New Years Eve. Within the hour.

I manage lots of tickets every week on behalf of my clients. 3 AM, noon, 10 PM, small things, big things, doesn't matter. So response times are super important.
But it's not just the initial response time that matters. It's having things taken care of CORRECTLY the first time around.
No countless tickets back and forth explaining and re-explaining what it is I need. It just gets done.
(That's not something I can say about many of the other hosts I've dealt with in the past. One particular one comes to mind. Very big. Mentioned in this thread. Great response time. Horrific follow-through and error rate.)

Just recently Mojohost techs bent over backwards to help me with some custom scripts they have nothing to do with. At no extra charge.

They completely restored an entire server from backups (yes, they actually do those...) within two hours after one particularly advanced hacker had some fun. At 5 AM. And then they found the security hole (third party script, had nothing to do with servers) and fixed that, too.

Sometimes a client needs new servers added quickly to satisfy rapid growth. Instead of nickel and diming around and forcing them to pay for overpriced, underpowered junk in order to get new servers online quickly, Brad offers extremely well-specced boxes at very reasonable cost. Every time.

I used to hook my clients up with whatever host had the best offer at the moment. But time really is money. Now I only work with Mojohost. There is no contract. I don't take a commission for this. Brad is not buying me rounds for saying that (he's buying me rounds because I'm sexy when I vomit). But I get my time back, and because things get done right the first time around, my anger stays in check. My doctor doesn't cry anymore when I go for check-ups. How's that for awesome?
