She wants more than her med bills paid? Considering she is the one who backed into a tail pipe, her med bills should be more than a fair payment to her. Anything else is gold digging.
Next time she's so close to a vehicle, maybe she'll be a little more careful where she sticks her limbs. Common sense goes a long way in life.
