Just to set the record straight Fabian, I have never spoken to, or otherwise communicated with, or even heard of Kelly Klass until I read the article about her accident at a Brazzer's set on LIB, minutes before I created this thread (remember, the post where I kiddingly suggested that you might claim "rogue director" - and you subsequently went ahead and did just that - Bingo!!!).
I didn't even know what Kelly's face looked like until right before this post (cute girl, I had only seen her burn photos until minutes ago).
Therefore, I'm not sure how you can construe my post to suggest that Kelly was following my advice by making her issue public (from what I read on LIB this issue has been going on for months, Kelly has been trying to settle out of court, and she had not been making the issue public by taking it to the boards until now, after word already got out):

Please let people know, if this matter had been dealt with the right way, originally, I wouldn?t make a fuss. To this day, I have yet to publicly say anything about it. Instead, I?m questioned constantly on sets by directors because Johnny calls me things such as "crazy" and (says) that I?m suing him, even then, I smile, and keep quiet. I don?t know who posted about it on Mike South?s site, but since it has been made public, I feel the truth needs to be told and photos need to be shown.

You fabricate lies and then have the audacity to lecture people about professionalism - please spare us all from Manwin ethics (or rather, lack thereof).
This accident happened back in June - it is still unsettled, even though the injured party indicated a willingness to try and settle this long ago. Sounds like you are doing a smash up job as Managing Partner and Head Spin-Controller Fabian Thylmann.
As much as you have made light of this situation, you better hope the case doesn't make it into court, because if you or Manwin are named, I have a feeling that the Plaintiff's attorney is going to have a field day with some of the flip and frankly quite callous comments that you've made, Mr Professional.
Your vanity, and thinking that people are jealous of you/Manwin, simply because they point out your/Manwin's callous disregard for ethics and the health and safety of people working for you/Manwin, may eventually be your downfall, so keep it up.
Well that, and the speed and skill with which you are alienating people who were at first perhaps on your side, and slightly in awe of Manwin in terms of it's sheer size, that is before learning how Manwin really got to where it is, and how it actually operates (as opposed to how you and your "partners" want them to think about Manwin).
Anyway, I think the discussion in this thread has been enlightening, and if nothing else it is a teachable moment inasmuch as hopefully producers/directors reading this will be more careful in the future, and possibly also come up with contingency plans for handling accidents such as this on their sets.
Anyone considering directing for Manwin should also now be aware that you may throw them under the bus (or van in this case), should anything happen while they are working on your behalf.
P.S. We do have a first aid kit at all of my shoots, and I am Red Cross trained in first aid (CPR, etc).
