Tweet Adder will let you set up RSS fed automated tweets that you can insert your own short links into (do not use any other shortlink service than one you control).
It will also let you create spun tweets, a simple 130 character tweet + shortlink can be made into hundreds of alternatives simply and then tweeted at irregular times making it appear human.
You can also control your followers, unfollow people who do not follow you, tweet to specific hash tags, produce tweets based on certain events or time of day, spread your tweets between various accounts, the list goes on. If you want Twitter automation then nothing beats
Tweet Adder.
Don't use the tool to aggressively follow people though as Twitter do not like that.
