And mojohost does backups twice a month or so as standard; we had just broke a config file as my isp failed exactly while clicked the form send button (what a luck - file saved as half of it) plus programmer had no auto backup set, and other clusterfucks with hd copies we done - so I was feeling bad me I trashed hours of hand edit I can't remember how to re-do. I opened a ticked and mojo could send me the file as it was just 7 days ago, enough so we not lost any stuff. So we was dumb but had someone to cry for help.
