Anyways just to clarify for the confused, they are not kicking out blacks that are in fact part Cherokee. Back in the day there were a few Indians that owned slaves. When they got kicked out of Tennesse on the trail of tears march those Indian slave owners were allowed to take their slaves with them. Until know the decendants of these slaves were considered part of the tribe even though they never had any actual indian blood in them.
