because it involves a girl. Just like teacher/student sex.
male teacher/female student = LONG prison sentence regardless of how attractive the male teacher is and how willing the female student was.
female teacher/male student = probation. Though depending on the attractiveness of the teacher an ugly one could get some minor jail time while very hot teacher usually gets minimal probation possible.
