Thanks for the feedback Black monsters! I must say that sales were non existent for the past 2 days up until we called ccbill to dispute form hit stats...
If your sales are non existent then try this...contact support and while you have them on the phone keep refreshing your admin....
for some reason a combination of dialoging with ccbill support and refreshing your admin multiple times has a weird way of generating a flurry of sales activity...it has worked for us so give it a try
