Hey deadmoon, which site are your refering to?
Customers that register do not actually dial a number - rather, they enter their number and the system then calls them (and the PornStar) right back. All tracking is via web, but once a customer is registered he can connect with PornStar without having to go to the interweb each time.
The dynamic 'click to call me' buttons can easily be added to any website or blog, without the surfer having to leave it eg :
