Don't hate, I'm just looking at what these 2 things have in common.
It sounds like you're making a reference to a thread I posted a few weeks ago where I question the validity of speed limits on high-speed multi-lane thoroughfares. It seems to me you're making the assumption that I'm creating chaos and wreaking havoc on the streets, tormenting the locals and pissing everyone off with a teenage-like mentality. Maybe you think doing lawn-jobs or running down mothers pushing strollers through crosswalks is a sport I partake in.

Let me clarify my stance; Driving without speed limits does not imply driving like a fucking douche, irresponsibly, driving unsafely, or driving in an any matter other than reasonably and prudently. People are not following me home and throwing bottles at my vehicle because of however you imagine me engaging on public roadways. But I had a chuckle considering what may be going through your imaginative mind.

The area that I live in is a "transitional neighborhood." One in which I feel safe enough to live in, but one in which is not completely insulated from it's share of crime. In affluent areas I've never had anyone damage my car.
