There is no harm, nobody is forced to work. Everyone is paid very well per client plus a retainer (we are one of the few who pay retainers). The licensing system is strict, we are subject to legislative and licensing controls, health controls, mandatory condom use, mandatory drug testing, no alcohol on premises, strict cleaning requirement, local council planning requirements, the list goes on.
It's far safer for a woman to work for us than to go out down to St Kilda and sell herself on the street.
Even to have a owners license you are subject to strict financial and police record probity checks, a simple offense like shop lifting makes you ineligible to be licenced. You get yearly license reviews and extensive scrutiny from public health workers.
Anyone who thinks running a business like this is easy is deluded, however it is highly profitable. When the Melbourne Grand Prix or the AFL Grand Final is on we take so much money in that we need to use security transport to have it taken to the bank, thats just cash, we do triple in credit cards.
People like SallyRand can bag me all they like, at the end of the day I am in porn as a hobby, I make far more doing other things like my offline businesses and mainstream businesses. So what if I am on the forum all the time, I can do what I want when I want how I want whenever I want. In my first six years here I made like 800 posts, why ? Because I was busy building what I have now.
