Totally.. was there a fax number on the package? Maybe you can send an inquiry by fax. Make sure to include your carphone number in case they need to contact you on the road.
I started up Netscape Navigator and did a search on Alta Vista but couldn't find anything... maybe head to the library and check for company records.
