I'm not convinced this is real.
If you look closely at just the car (ignore the people and front end impact), it really looks like they may have filmed the car slamming on its brakes. Then insert it into the sidewalk footage, speed it up some and add impact damage.
The way those women go flying seems unnatural. Even if you take the video at face value, the car actually isn't moving very fast. I think they would have been thrown up onto the hood, maybe hit the windshield and then tossed off the side. But the way the woman on the right is so violently thrown does not seem right. I think that car is only doing about 20, maybe 30 MPH when the women are hit.
