Yet, having them alive and around me is making my life meaningful. Having to bury them in the back of my garden is painful, but it is also part of nature, and being part of that is what we are here for.

I think it is too serious to get a purr.
All my pets died of old age which is tough. Everyone when I took em to the vet, I had hopes but I never came home with one of them. I went to the very end. But sudden is def way tougher.
Last one was a chunky all grey Tom named Pippy I adopted from the humane society in 1994. He went till 2002. Was only 13. Was 5 when I got him. Kidneys went from being too heavy. But he was heavy when I got him.
Noone wanted him. He was the last cat I looked at and turned out to be a great cat.
I'll post his pic later too. Great cat. About 17 LBs. Stocky and chunky.
We'll see what happens. 2 hours.
