Don't get me wrong. I don't think Israeli is without fault here. They are trying to grab as much land as they can.
But not every nationality or race has the right to self determination and statehood. Look at the Basque and the Amish - They have their own culture, and while they have their own rules they follow the laws of the country (or in the case of the Basque the "countries") they are located in.
I'm not saying that the Palestinians don't deserve statehood. However, the moment a rocket is launched from this new country, it's no longer a minor terrorist attack - it's an act of war. Once the Palestinians have their own country, they have to operate by international law. (In concept so does Israel really.)
The Palestinians create a country, rocket attacks continue, and eventually Israel will invade - and finally take the last of the land by force. The only way this will work is if the Palestinians can stop all of the rocket attacks and terrorist attacks.
