BUT regardless who is in the wrong, I don't find it wise for you to continually bump this thread KBHMN. Most of the users on this forum don't read past the original post, so regardless of whether or not you are doing anything shady, the original post points out that you are.

If you want more views for your program I would suggest starting a new thread.
