Well, if I understood correctly, pre-owning a domain it not means .com only, so anyone with yourdomain .info or .biz or .net or .org or yourdomain.notrelevant , can get the yourdomain.xxx in place of you, no matter you owned yourdomain.com - for for sunrise AD, where only pre-owning domains (with any .something) counts.
I read it goes into bidding, if yourdomain.biz and yourdomain.info try to register yourdomain.xxx (all of which is eligible the same as yours!), so who pay more the bid wins, not who registered first, it goes auction.
Unless you filed a trademark before september, but not many in adult are used to file for trademarks really, so I think most will go into domain pre-owning and bidding .info's against .com's pre-owners.
So cybersquatting it can be done (if I understood correctly) by whoever have yourdomain .info or .biz or net or org or whatever, if you not register yourdomain.xxx (as 99% of the people here in GFY are stating) and these cybersquatters own yourdomain.info, .biz. .net etc. they can take it and it is theirs finally - you can not buy it later "because you own the .com", as the .biz or .info ones got it before and it is legit.
Even if you try to register your xxx now, if a guy with the .info or .biz also tries, you both end up eligible then it goes on auction bidding between you 2+. Unless traedemarks in place, but trademark owners have another sunrise process, not involving domains.
