I'm going to make one post in this thread because it's oh-so-tiresome:

Bottom line is: This thread's main issue was brought up a year ago. It was kicked around to death on some other forums, we both seemed to wash our hands of it 6+ months ago, yet for some strange reason you woke up today and decided to revive it here all over again. Maybe you needed attention of something. Not sure.

TrikePatrol.com = 150+ episodes with a new one every week. There's 2, yes two, that were seen on a DVD line (Teen Filipina) owned by a site partner of ours (FilipinaCoeds/AsiaBootleg guy). Maui and Apple. They are not seen on any other paysite on the web, thus web-exclusive. Yes, the DVDs can be found on AEBN and like VOD/PPV sites, but not membership sites.

So, 2 out of 150+ were not 100% exclusive. So yes, we're liars. Yet somehow we've nearly doubled our bottom line in a year and a lot of affiliates still love getting money from us. Not sure how anything else matters. But go on, keep waving your flag and fighting your nonsensical crusade. Maybe it will help you update your site more than once a quarter? Or will it?

My partner already reexamined the DMCA issue here above. They were sent to your first host. You were shut down. You found a new host which were non-compliant, and we dropped the issue because, well, we have better things to do than endlessly squabble over a few images. It was more a principle thing and we got our message across.

Our time is better served on things like, oh, improving and updating our sites, getting new content and preparing exciting new things to be unveiled in the future. Try it out, it's more constructive than scouring forums to rehash 1-year old pissing contests over a few images.

More than ever, you are totally irrelevant to us so I am confused as to why you keep trying to continue this pathetic little drama that no one cares about. You produced a dozen or so episodes for us more than a year ago, and that's where it ends. Did you want something else? How much longer do you want to keep driveling on about us? Obsession is a word that comes to mind.

In parting, I'll give you some advice here again that I know you will ignore and twist into something else to further your drama-craving personality: Get off the boards and go update your fledgling site for once. It's only been a few months. None of this crap on here matters. All it does is take your time away from what you should be doing to improve yourself and actually compete in the business.
