Good Luck at producing your sites with the galleries, I have yet to check out the TGP options with Wordpress, but I might look when I decide to add some form of blogs to my network I may look like you have to the network of webmasters within the forums.

It might be worth if you found a freebie you like but had a few things you wanted to amend then you could adapt it to your requirements meaning it would be more bespoke and would do what you wanted without maybe having to shell out as much for it.
