And for the record I had a mac, got rid of it a month later, it's convoluted, needs way too much attention to just simple eject a disk, likes to eat disks and requires a needle to eject after many reboots when the machine suffers a crash and very unstable for the types of apps I was running such as aMsn, photoshop, sweet home 3d and a few other 3d rendering apps. The built-in browser is garbage. The way you have to manually add most shit to the tray area to be easily accessible is retarded and it overheats easily.
Oh and good luck replacing a something as simple as a hard drive that overheats. requires special screwdriver bits just to open the casing, must remove a few circuit boards and pray you don't destroy anything in the process.
Macs are not for technophiles. They are for people who don't mind buying a new one every year and a half or paying absurd amounts of money to have them serviced. Did you also know what all mac battery packs are designed to purposely kaput itself after so many charges? Many laptop makers are doing this now too but Apple set the standard for it lol
I'm sorry but speaking from a users standpoint, technophiles standpoint and technical standpoint Macs are just a status symbol. You don't gain anything anything with a Mac. In fact you lose many abilities and conveniences that a comparable Pc with Win7 on it already has for 1/3 of the price.
