Everybody arounds me know what is my job, luckily in Spain is not as taboo as in USA, and while my wife is not thrilled about it and would prefer that I worked on mainstream, we have been having a good life out of it for the last 13 years and at the ends it is what does matter as long as I don't do anything ilegal or that I could regret or feel guilty about. In the past I had really good $$ offers to get into more questionable or borderline illegal sides of our business and I always said no. Money is good but not at any price, specially when you have a family.
In fact i would probably prefer to get the income I get now but working on sports (my passion) websites for example as i find porn to be boring after all those years. I always enjoyed more the technical part of the biz, programming, working with scripts, stats etc. Anyway is not that I work with porn directly a lot mysel as I did when I started. Now it's more about investing, marketing and networking while others do the "dirty" job for me.
I have also started some mainstream projects and recently founded a new mainstream company with other partners, but the income is far from what i get in porn, at least by now, so it's just a side project for me where I act more as investor and advisor than as worker.
By now i just avoid my 4 years old kid to know about it and in fact i moved to an office outside home when he was born. I'll explain him when he gets old enough to understand it.
