I going to check this 4 options. I use GTbill.com for my other sites. We are located in Colombia and with GTbill we can make transactions. I was with this biller more than 1 years and work very good.....but now they are so slow to active my new account toNacho Site. My main company its register in Colombia, and my bank in usa....With biller can i sue for this mission?
