At Paxum we have a
REFUND button available for EVERY received transaction. This button can be clicked regardless of whether your account is verified or unverified, and the money is instantly refunded to the person who sent it. If you already have an account with Paxum you will be able to find the refund button located within your Account Statement.
Therefore, if any client is unable to verify their account for whatever reason, the received funds can be easily refunded back to the original payer.
Paxum does not hold anyone's funds hostage.
