The smaller the board the worst it is. I don't put up with bullshit I don't care if it's business or personal. I was on this small weather forum run by 1 guy basically if you didn't like his opinion and disagreed with it, you were banned. Needless to say I lasted about 10 minutes.
Owning a forum or being a moderator of one is one of those power trips that most people can't handle. It makes the everyday Joe with a boring life feel like he is special and powerful. To many of these people get off on that, because their lives suck so they can go ban someone and it makes them feel like they all important and powerful now
When it reality it just proves how pathetic their lives are.
