Cirtex / hostv is cheap and works for some of our clients where WE do the sysadmin.
As for the others, we work with different hosts daily and have never heard of anyone using them. You'll succeed by doing something different with your sites, being better at what you do. For billing, hosting, etc. stick with the proven winners.
