According to Einstein, faster than light shouldn't exist. But as always with science, sometimes you get a nasty surprise
Now, all these neutrinos did...were arriving at their destination(700km away) 60 nanoseconds early.
It took them 0.002334888 instead of 0.002334948 seconds to get there. Which nowadays is ample time to perform measurements. It doesn't meant the particle is time travelling.
Ofcourse, we'll have to await the results for peer experiments
